Here at Randall Care Homes we are committed to diversity, equality and inclusion; we see them as an integral element of our organisational mission and purpose. We work to create lasting change in the lives of our clients by attracting, developing and retaining a team that is rich in the diversity that leads to excellence.

  • We are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion among our workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
  • The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative of all sections of society and our customers, and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best.
  • In providing goods and/or services and/or facilities, the organisation is also against unlawful discrimination of customers or the public.

Social Responsibility

We believe that our specific capabilities and those of our team members are our greatest assets. We are committed to making a positive contribution to society as a whole by working tirelessly towards reducing if not eradicating the stigma faced by those with mental health issues.

We do this by:
  • Facilitating activities for our clients within the wider community.
  • Where possible we encourage our clients to engage in external community opportunities like football, music (Royal Philomonic opportunities) art exhibitions at local libraries.
  • We exhibit our own art for our local community to come and see which helps to reduce the stigma associated with Mental Health.
