Randall Care and Support was built on the ethos that each individual should be given the opportunity to live an enriched and independent life in a caring, supportive and secure environment.

Living with Mental Health is challenging and we adopt a compassionate approach with helps our clients feel seen, heard and understood.

We hold boundaries with clients and support and encourage them to live within a positive structural framework. Our experience allows us to achieve structure and flexible individualism. It’s a fine art.

We put our clients’ needs first caring for the individual as a whole, allowing them to live the enriched and varied life they deserve in a safe environment where they can feel supported and grow.

Our Team

We are proud of our team and the work that they do. Our work and the results that we achieve are made possible by the skills and commitment of our team.

We are committed to the learning, development and growth of all of our team members; our learning and development model is focused around therapeutic practices and positive psychology and coaching practices.

We recognise that working in mental health can be challenging and we endeavour to support our team consistently through every part of their journey.

Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” – Helen Keller

Meet the Directors

The thing I loved most about working in mental health for over 25 years is the humility it’s given me. Mental Health does not discriminate, it can happen to absolutely anyone and that is humbling.

I’ve had a passion for psychology since childhood and eventually did a Psychology BSc, a Counselling Certificate and a Masters in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

My learnings compliment and inform our business ethos and mission. We are very much focused on the self-development of our clients and our staffing team.

Our focus is on working with our clients on a deeper level. This means that we hold space for them to explore past traumas which can prevent their growth and evolution. We’ve supported clients through hearing voices, social isolation, anxiety, bereavement, stages and transitions of life. Our aim is always to improve their life experience.

By creating a therapeutic environment, we ensure change for our clients. Over the years we have streamlined our processes which enables us to work in a person-centered way seamlessly.

The Positive Psychological approaches makes our work more dynamic and effective for the future.

Together my business partner and I bring dynamism, progressive and up-do-date theory and practices which keeps us relevant and forward thinking.

The benefit of placing your clients with us, is that you witness their change and you say ‘WOW’!

Meet the Directors

I am really proud of the work that we do at Randall Care Homes. Having spent a lifetime working in mental health, what I’m focused on now is the same thing that I’ve been focused on throughout my career journey – fostering inclusion, representation and a sense of belonging for those who are often marginalised and excluded from wider society.

Working in this sector provides me with a unique opportunity for self-reflection and actualization, always questioning my assumptions and biases. As a learning organisation that in turn has become one of the cornerstones of what we communicate to our dynamic team through our Learning & Development protocols: embedding that reflection, humility and empathy are integral to the precious work that we do… meeting people where they are and supporting them to get where they want to go.

Our Coaching Culture supports our commitment to continuous improvement through learning.
